Criteria for Schools

  • Mainstream, state-funded schools with Key Stage 1 based in England, which are not currently delivering the programme.
  • Schools must sign up for two years.

The subsidy applies to Reception and Key Stage 1 but most schools choose to join the Key Stage 2 programme too.

Our curriculum and PD programme is research-based, and it works

Mathematics Mastery Primary has been shown by the EEF to give Key Stage 1 pupils on average two months' additional progress after one year on the programme.

The programme is designed to liberate teachers to focus on the most impactful teaching while building maths subject expertise and confidence. This brilliantly sequenced curriculum integrates pedagogical expertise with professional development, classroom planning, delivery, assessment and intervention resources from Reception to Year 6.
